Kiwi fruit: too high prices at production

The gold of Lazio
This year, the production of kiwi fruit in Lazio region doubled its quantity compared with last year.
Sizes are a bit smaller but they are of good quality.
The big problem is the price. This year, merchants did speculate at the beginning of the crop establishing virtual prices which caused high prices at production.
But today, they cannot maintain the initial price and do not want to pay the price as agreed because of a quite hard situation of the market. Producers feel abused.
Not only the bank sector is not doing well ....
