Argentina is negotiating entry of fruit on the Russian market.
The Secretary of International Trade has held several meetings with Russian authorities to open the Russian market.
Reductions in tariffs would increase exports of agricultural products.
Mr Kreckler explained that Argentina is able to provide fruit, like pears, apples and citrus fruit in addition to grain already exported.
The two countries want to increase their trade which amounted in 2008 to 1, 7 billion U.S. dollars.
