David Del Curto and Southern Fruit have signed an agreement to level up their performance on international markets

The companies David Del Curto and Southern Fruit ave signed an association agreement. The agreement aims to create synergies between the 2 Chilean fruit & veg exporters. This will enable them to reach a critical size on international markets.

Based on their respective operations, the 2 companies would reach a total sales of US$ 250 Million in 2013. The new entity will be the number 1 Chilean exporter.

However, the 2 companies will go on operating independantly.

David Del Curto & Southern Fruit trade fruit & veg in he United States, Canada, Europe ( Scandinavia, Great Britain), Russia, India, Middle East and Oceania.
