The volume of activities in 2016 enabled the Casablanca market to access the global TOP 20.
The volume of its 2016 activity has pushed the wholesale market of Fruits & Vegetables from Casablanca to the 20th place worldwide.
In 2016 the Casablanca wholesale market recorded a volume of 1.3 million tons of products. This makes it the world's 20th largest wholesale market.
This volume of activity is expected to increase again this year, by approximately + 8% according to the estimates of the site management. The current campaign has started well and looks promising, good yields are expected and will mechanically lead to higher volumes.
