Balance sheet "Saint-Charles Quality Approach"

As is the case each year in the context of the Saint-Charles Quality Stewardship Agreement, a delegation of Administration representatives took part in the presentation meeting of the 2017-2018 "Saint-Charles Quality Approach" Review.

 

 

 

This comprehensive review of the follow-up of the "Saint-Charles Quality Stewardship" label, through its 62 signatory companies, confirmed the willingness of various partners. With the growing number of health analyzes (2035 analyzes from 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018) carried out by signatory companies through their voluntary commitment.

 

 

 

The exchanges between the professionals and the territorial representatives of the Administration in charge of Fruit & Vegetable controls also made it possible to determine the lines of work to be pursued within the framework of the Quality Committee for 2018/2019, for the benefit of an optimization, of the normative, sanitary and hygiene control of foodstuffs, and in compliance with the signed agreement.

 

 

 

 

 

A new deadline has already been set at the end of this meeting, with an invitation to participate in the next meeting organized for the "Quality" managers of the signatory companies, on April 24th at the MEDFEL 2019 .
