Field Salad: Growing crops in Germany

The production of corn salad in Germany in the past been significantly expanded. At the beginning of the 1990’s, the area planted outdoors was only on about 500 hectares, 2002 there were already nearly 1,700 hectares.

 

But even after the turn of the millennium, the expansion continues, and 2008, the area with 2,300 hectares of good record extent.
