Peruvian green light for apples from Sanmenxia

The Peruvian authorities have informed AQSIQ (Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, of PRC) of the opening of their Sanmenxia apples market.
Peru has officially opened its Chinese apple market in Sanmenxia (Henan Province), adding a new destination for their exports.
The Sanmenxia region (Henan province) is one of the major regions of apple production. Sanmenxia apples were the first fruits of the province to gain access to the international market. Successfully because the export volume has increased sharply from 4,000 tonnes in 2010 to 100,000 tonnes in 2015.
Marketed throughout China, Sanmenxia apples are exported to several Asian countries and to the Americas (Canada, United States, Chile). The entry permit to Peru is a new achievement for these apples.
