Canavese takes over Bonhomme Sud company

M. Hapian took over the operation of Bonhomme Sud in Gap
Bonhomme Sud company that has been under a bankrupcy process since march 2008, has been taken over by Canavese .
The decision has been taken for different reasons. First, both operators were very close, then the fact that Bonhomme sud was part of the Creno group made obvious to offer a fair solution to Creno customers.
The operations in Marseille has been integrated to the Canavese operations of Aubagne.
The operations of Gap has been incorporated to Hapian, a 10 year partner of Canavese.
This re organisation enabled to save the staff: 22 persons in Marseille and 12 in Gap.
