Prim'land announces the arrival of Sabline® asparagus

Fresh asparagus Sabline® signs its return with the arrival of spring.
Fresh asparagus Sabline® has arrived and will be available until June. To meet the demand, PRIM’LAND develops partnerships with producers of several renowned lands for their excellence. More than 200 tons of white and violet asparagus Sabline® are expected this season from production in the region of South-West and the Loire Valley. The South West region is the first French production basin with asparagus available from mid-March to early June. The Loire Valley from early April to mid-June.
Sabline ® is also available as a sign of quality Protected Geographical Indication of Navarre. The Ebro valley is particularly famous for the unique quality of its rich and sandy soils as well as its favorable regular growth asparagus climate. Navarrese producers mainly use local varieties known for their tenderness, whiteness, class and incomparable flavor. Navarre has obtained recognition quality PGI in 2003. More than one hundred tons will be available this year between late March and mid-June.
