The Congress of French Vegetable Producers opened in the presence of Stéphane Le Foll, the Minister of Agriculture.
The 56th Congress was held in Dunkerque, November 15-16. The Congress was attended by more than 200 producers, industry experts and government officials. Many topics were discussed around the theme "Vegetables and employment." The Minister stated
his confidence in the profession.
President of France vegetables, Angelique Delahaye announced his departure after 11 years in office at the head of the organisation. His successor will be named on Dec. 13 during a Board of Directors meeting.
