PERLIM is representing itself as the leader in the production and marketing of two AOP " Apples from Limousin " ( 70,000 tons) and "Nuts from Perigord" ( 3500 tonnes).
The group PERLIM ( contraction of Périgord and Limousin), group production and marketing of apples and walnuts, is for the first time exhibiting at WOP Dubai on the European stand Fresh'Attitude K30E.
PERLIM present its range of nuts and apples and among them its new variety OPAL® BIO . Crossing Golden Delicious and Topaz , this yellow apple, medium-sized and rustic look is crunchy, juicy and has pronounced aromas.
Resistant to scab , apple main disease , the production is carried out in organic farming. Organic production , able to meet volume requirements , packaging and quality.
