A national campaign with recipes and discounts is running at three supermarket chains.
‘Change 4 Life’ aims to convince the British that families can have a healthier diet with a low budget with ‘Supermeals’. Millions of recipe cards will be distributed with a cookbook developed by TV chef Ainsley Harriot with recipes not exceeding five pounds. The campaign website offers recipes films.
Campaign partners, chains Asda, Co-op and Aldi will offer discounts on certain products used in the recipes.
