The state would reduce its participation in Rungis from 57% to 33%

Three potential buyers of a part of the State’s parts to the capital of the biggest wholesale cool products market of the world, have been found by the State. The Franco Dutch group Inibail-Rodamco, the French shopping mall promoter Altarea & the public establishment “Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations” are the candidates. The candidate would be specified from this week, with an offer between 100 & 110 millions € showing off the company established on 232 hectares in the south of Paris. The French government would reduce its participation from 56.9% to more or less 33% while the « Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation » has got already 5.8% of the Semmaris.
