The medFEL exhibition puts food sovereignty at the heart of the debates.

In the usual exhibition space, visitors will be able to discover the Organic Road by medFEL, a circuit to identify organic offers more quickly, as well as the Organic Market by medFEL bringing together the organic fruit and vegetable offer of exhibitors at the entrance to the living room. For professionals looking for innovative solutions in terms of sustainable development, the show renews the presence of Lab'Innov which presents innovations.

 

The medFEL show is also a place of information and debate for all the players in the sector. The topics covered are numerous, but food sovereignty will be highlighted on Thursday April 27 at 2:30 p.m. with the conference "Food sovereignty: how to better feed the world of tomorrow?" moderated by Jean-Marie Séronie, agricultural engineer.

 

Ecological issues will be addressed on Wednesday April 26 at 3:30 p.m. with the conference "Climate challenge: the agri-food sectors at the time of the agro-ecological transition", led by Jean Viard, Research Director of CEVIPOF-CNR.
