Bumper litchi crop expected

 

The Department of Industry and Trade in Bac Giang Province in the north of Vietnam is estimating a harvest of 189,500 tons of litchis.

 

The expected bumper crop is not without its problems for producers for harvesting, storage and sale. Producers are trying to find markets for fruit consumption with the help of the Centre for Promotion of Trade, which is looking to the markets of neighbouring Laos and Cambodia.
