Carrefour and Metro dispose of their stakes

Carrefour and Metro AG have disposed of their cross-stakes in France and Italy. The Carrefour group sells to Metro its 20% stake in metro France. The Metro group sells to Carrefour its 20% stake in the companies operating the first five Carrefour hypermarkets in Italy.
