The New Melon Quality Meter
Felix Instruments develops and engineers gas analysis and near infrared assessment tools that provide producers and post-harvest operators with necessary data to minimize waste and increase income from their products. Felix initially entered the market with its innovative F-750 and F-751 NIR-based, non-destructive fruit quality meters.
At Fruit Logistica, Felix will showcase its next technological advancement destined for melon producers and packers – the F-751 Melon Quality Meter that enables to measure Brix in honeydew and cantaloupe melons, within a few seconds without destroying the fruit.
Scott Trimble, VP of Marketing for Felix Instruments, stated that Fruit Logistica is the seedbed of many strategic relationships that they have enjoyed. He added that after years of trade shows and in-person events being delayed, Felix Instruments is looking forward to meeting again face-to face-with partners and customers.
Fruit Logistica 2022 is one of the largest international events of the fruit and veg sector. The event brings the opportunity to build partnerships, share information and showcase the latest technology.
