Bad turn for vegetables harvest

Bad turn for European vegetables harvests dropping by 15 to 20% of usual tonnages. Heavy rains hit Belgium, the Netherlands and the north of France, three of the largest producing countries in EU. Onions and carrots seem to be the worst affected with a 30% and 25% harvest drop.
