A federation to double exports by 2015

Today, beans are the major product of agricultural exports from Senegal.
The new federation of horticulturists from Senegal should allow the country to export 75,000 tons of products in 2015.
This organization called ''interprofessional of horticulture” consists of actors from the banana, tomato, sweet potato, carrot, potato, as well as suppliers of inputs and services.
She has an office of 15 members and a Board of 6 members. The Board is chaired by Sheikh Ngane.
Senegal aims to increase the horticultural exports of 35,000 tons in 2009-2010 to 50,000 tons in 2012 and to 75,000 tons in 2015, through a program called''Hort-2015.''
