The totally redesigned packagings for Parmentine's new varieties of potatoes.
After a couple of difficult seasons, with high quantities and therefore low prices, the potato trade is looking for ways to get out of the downward spiral some say it is in.
Parmentine, as one of the leaders of the potato trade in France, throughout Europe, and beyond, is doing its share to give potatoes a more modern and enticing look by coming out with totally re-designed packaging.
Constantly looking for new ways to improve sales while keeping the highest level of quality, Mr. Thierry Lamblin, Parmentine sales and marketing manager, along with his team have imagined several new nets and cardboard packagings, and decided to go further in their idea by giving Parmentine an entirely new look by also changing the company logo and website.
The new packages will now include 1kg and 750g nets of different colours for the different varieties : Grenaille, Vitelotte, Ratte, Annabelle, and Franceline (all in the « Selection » range.)
Parmentine also created a new range of products : potatoes for fresh fries and purées, tartiflette and raclette, choucroute and bakeoff ; potatoes for potato salad, for steam and gratin potatoes, and potatoes reserved for baking and making soup.
Parmentine is also coming out with a variety of microwavable potaotes packed in 1kg, 750g, and 500g bags.
