Less active market for peaches / nectarines

According to AGRESTE , September 1 , production potential of peaches / nectarines / nectarines / pavies is estimated at 217 500 tonnes.

Or a lower level of production of 7 % compared to last year and 18 % above the average 2010 to 2014 , in view of the decline in area of ??13 % over this period .The market for peaches / nectarines slowed formed an imbalance between supply and demand.

Mainly due to lower scorching temperatures have weakened demand.  

The period of school also puts a brake on demand for summer fruits.
