Dentressangle acquires the British TDG

 

 The transport group Norbert Dentressangle announced yesterday in a press release the acquisition. The amount is of 235 million euros and the transaction should be finalized by mid-January 2011.

 

 

 The British company TDG is present in 134 offices located in the United Kingdom, Benelux, Spain, Ireland and Germany. It employs approximately 6,222 people. The turnover of TDG for 2010 is estimated at about 840 million euros.

 

 

 This transaction will permit to Dentressangle to reach a level of turnover of 3.6 billion euros of which 57% outside France, with 33,000 employees, including 58% outside France.
