The BelOrta / Hoogstraten merger will not materialize

Their merger would have created a structure presenting an annual turnover of more than 600 million euros.
BelOrta and Coöperatie Hoogstraten who had started negotiations (see our news of 04.04.2017) for a merger have just ended their talks. The merger will not happen.
Both parties stress that they have not left the negotiating table in the conflict but have not managed to overcome the differences. However collaboration between the two structures should continue.
