Sales reached $3.74 billion between January and April, driven by strong fruit exports.

Peru’s agricultural exports reached $3.74 billion between January and April 2025 — up 23.6% compared to the same period in 2024, according to the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Irrigation (Midagri).

Traditional exports fell by 27%, totaling $147 million, while non-traditional agro-industrial exports grew 27.3% to $3.59 billion. Top products included fresh grapes ($742M), avocados ($388M), blueberries ($241M), and fresh mangoes ($226M).

Frozen mango and asparagus also contributed significantly. Exports of fruits and vegetables alone hit $2.16 billion, growing 23.3% year-over-year and accounting for the majority of agricultural exports. Main buyers were the U.S. (34%), Netherlands, Spain, and Mexico, among others.
